Services
Star Bail Bonds provides bail bond services in California. Our services are subject to California law and regulations governing the bail bond industry. All bail bond premiums are set in accordance with California Insurance Code.
Client Responsibilities
By arranging a bail bond, the co-signer agrees to ensure the defendant appears at all scheduled court appearances. Failure to appear may result in forfeiture of the bail bond and additional legal consequences.
Fees and Payments
The bail bond premium is 10% of the total bail amount as set by California law. This fee is non-refundable. Payment plans are available subject to approval. All fees must be paid as agreed in the bail bond contract.
Limitation of Liability
Star Bail Bonds is not responsible for delays in the release process caused by jail facilities, courts, or other third parties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount of fees paid.
